As an intern with the Miami-Dade Public Defender’s Office, he gained invaluable courtroom experience, participating in jury trials, delivering opening statements, and conducting cross-examinations before graduation. Following law school, Joshua served as an Assistant Public Defender with the Broward County Public Defender’s Office, honing his trial skills in felony, juvenile, and misdemeanor cases. Transitioning to personal injury and PIP (personal injury protection) in 2016, he quickly developed expertise at a large Florida firm. Joshua's career advanced to a prominent Broward County personal injury firm, where his leadership led to his role as Head of Litigation. Later, as Managing Partner at a rapidly expanding firm, he drove significant revenue and reach growth.
